Bill Weeden

Bill Weeden is a multi-award-winning cabaret performer, a comedy writer, and a composer. Recently he has been receiving a barrage of internet hits for two comedy videos, “Author Wrote a Fucking Book” for Upright Citizens Brigade and “DIscount Drug Warehouse” for Lorne Michaels’s Above Average Productions. On stage Mr. Weeden has been featured in many productions at The Brick in WIlliamsburg, Brooklyn, and in Shakespeare, Chekhov, Ibsen, Shepard, and Miller all around town and regionally. He has played starring, featured, cameo, voice, and background roles in all manner of studio and independent films, from Matthew Barney’s River of Fundament to the Coen Brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis to Lloyd Kaufman’s Citizen Toxie:The Toxic Avenger IV. He has frequently graced the pages of The Onion as the comic vision of aging America. With his wife Dolores McDougal he has appeared in several short films, a couple of features, some stage productions, and the comedy television special DL Hughley: The Endangered List.
